华文教师的主要工作职责包挂：

• 负责学前班学生的一日常规，教授拼音、识字、阅读等课程
• 主班老师负责协调各科老师和家长和孩子的沟通
• 负责兴趣班的教学、考勤、与家长沟通等事项

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and framework.
• Prepare and implement programs and age-appropriate teaching materials
• Keep accurate records of the children’s progress
• Communicate with parents about the children’s progress
• Render basic first aid as and when necessary
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and environment
• Be familiar and recognize the company’s policy and standing rules

Key requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DECCE-T or equivalent) in Chinese Language curriculum
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong passion to nurture young children
• Able to work as a team, and independently when needed
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position
