We Are Hiring: Precast Coordinator

We are seeking a Precast Coordinator to manage all precast related works

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shop-drawings, material samples, method of statements preparation, submission and approval from relevant consultants/authorities according to code& practices, specifications, drawings, and etc

• Carrying out precast related inspections with RE/RTO/Consultants/Clients/Authorities

• Coordinating and monitoring precast elements production, delivery timely and correctively

• Ensuring precast installation properly on site according to approved drawings, method of statements, material, tools & equipment, and etc.

• Ensuring quality control and managing defects rectification works

• Coordinating with project staff, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues timely

• Preparing and maintaining reports, submissions, inspection records, and etc

• Any other pre-cast related matters.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

• 2–5 years of working experience in construction, with specific experience in precast production, coordination, or on-site installation. Experience with HDB projects is highly preferred.
