Job Summary

You will support sales operations by responding to customer enquiries, preparing sales quotations, assisting outdoor sales staff with administrative and logistics tasks, and following up on sales to help achieve targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate sales information and quotations
• Assist outdoor sales staff with administrative tasks and coordinate logistics to support sales activities
• Follow up on sales leads and orders to contribute to achieving sales targets
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of service satisfaction
• Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude and collaborate effectively as a team member
• Communicate courteously and professionally with clients to uphold company reputation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience or willingness to learn and grow in the role
