a) Key Responsibilities
To work with the research team in literature review, processing empirical data, designing empirical methodologies, running empirical analyses, and also writing the draft report. He/she will need to manage the project and coordinate with relevant agencies and the research team.

b) Qualifications
PhD in finance, economics or real estate from established universities

c) Skills Required
Experience in statistical analyses and econometric, and also conversant in software: Stata, Python, LaTeX, Microsoft Office, and other software
