• Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across the credit card portfolio.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve card activation rates by addressing onboarding friction and enhancing early customer engagement.
• Develop targeted strategies to increase Foreign Currency (FX) spend across key customer segments and usage occasions.
• Drive overall credit card spend growth through insight-led campaigns, compelling value propositions, and usage-based offers.
• Utilize customer, transactional, and behavioral data to create personalized and measurable engagement strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, technology, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact portfolio initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize strategies based on insights and results.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management/ portfolio growth
• Strong understanding of credit cards economics (including interchange revenue, FX margins, and cost of funds)
