Working Hours: 12 hours shift

(1) 7.30am to 7.30pm

(2) 7.30pm to 7.30am.

Shift Pattern (work 3 days off 2 days)

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day vessel operations and resource planning activities
• Coordinate and monitor container yard operations using operational systems
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and service standards are met
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of plans
• Monitor operational performance and highlight any issues or improvements
• Occasionally be required to perform on-site checks at operational areas

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Able to work in a fast-paced and operational environment
• Willing to perform shift work, including day and night shifts
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior relevant experience is an advantage, but not required
