Job Description
- Lead and manage cellular system validation for field test activity in various markets across Singapore.
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with program management, working with cross-functional teams
- 3 years of experience in mobile phone testing of 5G/4G technologies
- Analyze the 5G/4G logs from field test in Singapore and identify keys issues, and work with test and software teams to resolve it.
- Summarize the 5G R15/R16 carrier features, analyze data, and manage bug reporting to drive and secure the Phone modem quality, from modem and telephony perspective.
- Exercise technical acumen to keep goals for programs, projects, and products attainable within a given timeline, while communicating with stakeholders clearly.
- Identify opportunities for field automation and manage development of field automation tools and processes.
- Expertise of cellular radio technologies and features: 3G/4G/5G VoLTE, MIMO, Antenna Design, OSI Stack, 3GPP, IEEE, Etc.
- System-level expertise of Android or Smart Phone OS and its architecture
- Hands on experience with Modems, Cellular, SoC, Network Infrastructure, connectivity and Telephony
- Experience in 5G/4G log analysis and debug issues from field tests
- Experienc with Carrier Certification: PTCRB/GCF or similar
- Development knowledge in Android or IOS or other wireless devices
Experience in 5G R15/R16 carrier requirements, driving cellular field testing projects across multiple product areas and distributed sites, with engaged resources and priorities - Experience with 5G (FR2/FR1)/4G Modem/Telephony
- Knowledge of 5G/4G to drive field functional/performance and Carrier test
- Know how to use drive test tools ShannonDM, QXDM, QCAT, Android Debug Bridge, Accuver, Nemo, TEMS, Genex Probe, Android Platform
