Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, including production, manpower allocation

• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental guidelines.

• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.

• Lead and manage plant operators, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of chemicals in accordance with safety standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and timely repairs.

• Maintain accurate production reports, incident logs, and operational documentation.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce corrective actions where necessary 

Requirement: 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any engineering related

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment.
