Job Description
Industry: Construction - Main Con (A1)
Basic $9000 to $11000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working location: Northeast
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads project planning and scheduling to ensure construction works are completed on time and in line with contractual milestones and project objectives.
- Prepare tender submissions, including planning deliverables, method statements, construction work sequences, and site work planning, across multiple tenders concurrently.
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, identifying risks or delays, and provide planning support to project management using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule, including the Work Breakdown Structure and critical path activities.
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and perform variance analysis to identify delays and recommend recovery plans.
- Coordinate planning between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and develop construction resources such as manpower and equipment to optimise productivity.
- Prepare tender briefings, construction methodology studies, and provide schedule updates to management and clients.
- Lead and guide Planning Engineers while ensuring planning standards and procedures are followed.
Other ad hoc duties as asssigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field recognised by the PE Board
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in project planning and management for large-scale building projects, including construction planning and scheduling
- Strong proficiency in Programming Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and familiar with Corenet X Submission Gateways requirement.
- Strong understanding of construction productivity, sequencing, site execution methodologies, and project controls
- Experience in delay analysis and programme risk management.
