Responsibilities

• Manage construction planning and scheduling, develop baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets
• Identify project risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on project-related matters, offering both technical and non-technical solutions to ensure timely project completion
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
• Relevant experience in construction planning and project coordination
• Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6 for projects planning
