1. Morning Shift - Mon to Fri: 9am to 5.30pm, Alt Sat 9am to 1pm

2. Night Shift - Mon to Fri: 5pm to 1.30am, Alt Sat/Sun: 5pm to 9pm

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and plan space for loading shipment to maximize efficiency.
• Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are update.
• Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customers/ carriers
• Ensure all shipments are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.
• Producing progress report and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.
• Handling RFQ and tender, coordinate with sales on enquiries and assist with the best solutions.
• Knowledge in buying/selling rate from customers, airlines & plan BUP shipment for consolidation.
