Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
• Develop construction programmes for the projects
• Liaise and coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate relevant information for the implementation of the project schedule
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stake holders.
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
• Experience in construction planning and programme for civil work or infrastructure projects.
