Requirements and relevant experience are as below;

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and programming for underground structure projects

2. Minimum 5 years continuous experience in construction planning and programme coordination for underground railway projects.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the use of "Primavera" and MS project

4. Planning and programming of massive traffic and utility diversions

5. LTA Projects experience.
