Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update progress schedules for new and ongoing projects.

• Liaise and coordinate with purchasers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely project execution.

• Monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly and according to schedule.

• Perform administrative and coordination tasks including scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and managing information flow to ensure smooth project execution.

• Act as a key communication link between key stake holders : Production , Quality , Assembly and other Business units by providing regular project updates and information.

• Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

• Handle sales inquiries and customer’s request for quotation

• Risk and issues management skill, identifying potential roadblocks, tracking dependencies, and escalating issues to management for resolution

Job Requirement

• Strong team player with initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure , adaptive and willingness to work overtime when required.

• Fluent in spoken and written English; spoken Chinese is a plus with effective interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g.  Excel, Email, Word).

• Proficient in the understanding on the Mechanical drawings.

• Understanding and managing on the BOM:  involves ensuring, co-ordinating, the accuracy and timely availability of material information for the team

• Serves as the go-to person for project information and coordination.
