Job Summary

Lead on-site project supervision for piping installation, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity to meet customer specifications and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site piping installation activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Drive effective and productive execution of assigned tasks to meet customer requirements and delivery targets
• Monitor and enforce quality standards to achieve project deadlines with zero safety incidents
• Maintain site housekeeping and enforce compliance with Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and workflow protocols
• Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) before work commencement to communicate safety and operational plans
• Ensure the safety of all team members by implementing and monitoring safety measures on site
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in productivity and work processes to enhance project outcomes
• Interpret piping diagrams and drawings accurately to guide installation and troubleshooting activities
• Apply knowledge of machinery equipment functionalities to support installation and maintenance tasks
• Utilize understanding of piping material requirements for both repair and new construction projects
• Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to document progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels to foster teamwork and project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Worksite Supervisor certification (WSHMCI/BCSS) to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the PCM sector in a similar supervisory role
