We are in Singapore for about 13 years servicing Singapore residents.

Founded in 2008 as a one-man shop, Hitec Repair has grown into one of Singapore's largest source providers of new or refurbished mobile phone and laptop in Singapore with 2 shop located in S'pore. Our business model includes importation, wholesale, retail sales, service & repair center, refurbishment services.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance on mobile phones.

• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android phone.

• Training will be provided for potential candidate with some experience.

• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new phone application.

• Customer oriented with good communication skills , keen to learn.

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year's hands-on and working experience in a similar capacity
• Must have the following skills: Samsung phone hardware and software troubleshooting, iPhone Hardware Assembling and Disassembling, Testing and Diagnostic software
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• 5½-day work week, 11am - 8pm
• Experience in some basic motherboard soldering would be advantageous.

Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
