Job Description:

• Provide accurate information about prescription and over-the-counter medications within your scope of practice.

• Support in organising community outreach and health promotion events.

• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and transactions for accountability and audit purposes.

• Manage inventory by replenishing stock, checking expiry dates, and disposing of expired or recalled items safely.

• Process payments and claims and ensure compliance with dispensary standard operating procedures. Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.

• Prepare, pack, and label medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist/nurse

• Review prescription orders for clarity and completeness and clarify details with pharmacists/nurse as required. Maintain confidentiality in handling patient information and follow PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines.

• Check expiry dates and ensure safe storage of medications according to Singapore’s regulatory standards.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience
