Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained according to operational requirements.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against supporting documentation.
• Store and organize pharmacy supplies accurately within designated storage and temperature-controlled areas.
• Process stock replenishment requests to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized inventory and storage environment.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels and above, GCE O Levels and above, GCE A Levels and above, or equivalent qualifications.
• Training will be provided; applicants with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commence work within a short notice period.
