Job Scope:

• Responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at our outpatient pharmacy.
• counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication.
• Help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
• Participate in corporate quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Minimum SBC
