Job Summary

BreakFast at Fluffy's is a unique cage-less pet hotel in Katong providing 24/7 care, concierge services, and webcam access year-round, delivering exceptional pet hospitality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for pets and their owners
• Lead and develop staff by supervising, training, and scheduling to promote a positive and efficient team culture
• Manage animal care activities including engaging pets in play, walking, meal preparation and feeding, showering, and cleaning to uphold animal welfare standards
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee inventory management of pet supplies, grooming products, and materials to ensure operational readiness
• Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations and industry standards to maintain compliance and safety
• Demonstrate situational awareness by proactively identifying and addressing potential issues related to pet guests’ needs and anxieties
• Support colleagues and groomers by recognizing and acting on opportunities to assist, fostering teamwork
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety, and hygiene consistently
• Communicate effectively with pets and humans to facilitate smooth animal handling and care
• Apply knowledge of dog care and handling practices, with training provided to enhance skills

Competencies and qualifications

• Must have dog handling experience
• Experience in pet grooming to support animal care and hotel services will be a plus
