• Position Title: Pet Groomer
• Working Location: Ubi (walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days per week (9am – 9pm) – one day weekend
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentives + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver grooming care for cats, dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, including basic and full grooms, breed-specific trims, and related services.
• Ensure each pet’s visit is safe and calm by using gentle, low-stress handling methods consistent with company’s fear-free approach.
• Speak with pet owners clearly and professionally before, during, and after appointments.
• Adhere to company’s grooming policies and procedures, including cleanliness standards, tool/ equipment maintenance, and service quality expectations.
• Report any signs of health issues or behavioral changes noticed during the grooming process.
• Arrive on time and remain dependable for in-home (housecall) appointments.

• Holds formal grooming certification(s).
• Proven grooming experience with at least one type of pet (cat, dog, rabbit, or guinea pig).
• Confident animal handling skills, with the flexibility to work with a range of personalities and comfort levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills.
• Willing and able to do mobile/ housecall work, including traveling between appointments.
