💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary + monthly allowance + performance incentives (CPF-contributable)

• No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance

• Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: Up to $5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus

• First-year expected income: $80,000 – $100,000++ (Fixed + incentives)

Core Responsibilities

• Primary Objective: Deliver comprehensive Wealth Management solutions to Retail/Personal Banking clients by actively promoting and selling Bancassurance products and Investment Funds

• Product Suite: Investment-Linked Policies, Savings Plans, Endowment Plans, Annuities, Retirement Plans, Life Insurance (TPD/TI/Death), and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, Unit Trusts)

• Client Engagement: Engage Branch Walk-in clients through face-to-face (F2F) consultations, or arrange F2F/virtual meetings via Tele-prospecting using the bank’s client database

• Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals

🎓 Training & Development

• Structured onboarding programme (no prior experience required)

• 3 weeks classroom training + 8–9 weeks on-the-job training

• Guidance and sponsorship for CMFAS certifications

• Clear progression pathway within the organisation

• Minimum local Diploma or Degree (as per MAS requirements)
