Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Provide secretarial support to the Department Head by managing a hectic schedule, making business travel arrangements and expenses claims, and providing coordination work for internal/external events and programs.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Building relationships with key internal and external customers
Maintaining of office systems and ensure proper filing of all documents
Timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and expense claims
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3 years of relevant working experience
Strong time management and organization skills
Professional communication skills - both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook
Meticulous & patient in executing the work given
Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
