What You’ll Be Doing

Calendar & Daily Operations

  • Manage a busy schedule of client meetings, reviews, and internal appointments
  • Coordinate calls, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through
  • Arrange travel bookings, meeting logistics, and itineraries when required

Client Support & Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Support onboarding of new clients (documentation, reminders, basic checks)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and proposals
  • Organise confidential documents, contracts, and financial records
  • Support simple tracking of expenses, invoices, and payments

General Support

  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle ad hoc tasks
  • Liaise with internal teams, insurers, or external partners where required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the consultant’s workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or admin support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common workplace tools

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in financial services / insurance / wealth management
  • Basic understanding of financial products and documentation
