Job Scope

• Managing and maintain the MD’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Managing and maintaining the MD's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintaining files and records of meetings with the MD while ensuring data is organised, accessible and handled with confidentiality.
• Preparing agendas and minute of these meetings, focusing on key topics and decision points summarisation.
• Distributing agendas and minutes to the attendees and relevant stakeholders promptly
• Monitoring and tracking the progress and implementation of action items and decision points agreed during these meetings.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
