Salary: Up to $3500
Location: Clementi
Working Days: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm), Sat (8am-12pm)

Key Duties:

• Handle Customs permit declaration (TradeNet) and ensure compliance (HS code, import/export clearance)
• Coordinate shipping, import/export documentation, and liaising with forwarders/Customs
• Support customer service and administrative operations (customer files, quotations, billing)
• Manage inventory tracking and monthly reporting/invoicing

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or relevant
• Min diploma in Logistics or relevant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
