Permanent Speech Therapist

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments at admission, review, and discharge stages.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately.
• Communicate assessment results, therapy goals, and discharge plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Recommend suitable assistive devices and support community reintegration as needed.

Administrative & Program Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support the planning, development, and review of clinical programs and services.
• Supervise and train Therapy Assistants.
• Engage in continuous professional development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Project Details

• Projected Commencement: FY2026
• Work Schedule: Mon to Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy
• Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
• Senior therapists are welcome to apply
