[PERMANENT] Sales Advisor – High Commission & Incentives

Job Description: SRG International Employment Agency is seeking a driven and professional Sales Advisor for a permanent role with a leading premium home furnishing brand. We are looking for a "closer" who can provide expert sleep consultations while smashing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through active promotion and upselling.

• Customer Advisory: Provide high-quality, personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs.

• Showroom Excellence: Maintain premium store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory.

Merit-Based Requirements:

• Open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR) only.

• Experience: Previous retail sales experience is required; background in mattresses or home furnishing is highly preferred.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Availability: Flexible to work 5.5 days (44 hours/week), including weekends and Public Holidays.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Status: Full-Time, Permanent Position.

• Monthly Pay: $3,500 - $5,000 (Basic $2,200 + Uncapped Commission + Incentives).
