Jobs Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements from order confirmation through to completion.
• Plan and coordinate local deliveries and export shipments with customers, transporters, and freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipping schedules, vessel bookings, container movements, and outgoing goods to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, cargo tally sheets, labels, and operational records.
• Coordinate daily tank truck loading schedules, time slot bookings, and blending instruction documentation.
• Support the logistics team with operational coordination and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight forwarding, or export/import operations will be an advantage.
