Responsibilities

• Perform in live shows as an animated character, singer, or dancer as directed by the Show Director(s). 
• Interact with guests through meet-and-greets, photo opportunities, and autograph sessions in accordance with performance guidelines. 
• Maintain high energy and character integrity throughout performances. 
• Learn and perform multiple roles across various shows and venues, both indoors and outdoors.
• Ad-lib and respond to unexpected guest interactions while staying in character. 
• Adhere to performance schedules and safety protocols.
• Maintain costume and character presentation standards.
• Report any safety or operational concerns to supervisors promptly. 

Requirements

• Prior performance experience in theatre, theme parks, events, or similar environments. 
• Comfortable performing in both indoor and outdoor settings.  
• Strong stage presence and performance ability.  
• Excellent guest interaction and improvisation skills.  
• Adaptable and able to take directions well.  
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.  
• Able to perform shift work, including during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
