Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with external agencies.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, ensuring reliable data tracking.

• Own website performance from a marketing perspective, focusing on improving enquiry and conversion rates.

• Identify optimization opportunities through testing, targeting, and messaging strategies.

• Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users who didn't convert.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to gain insights on lead quality and conversion trends.

• Execute email campaigns aimed at lead nurturing, re-engagement, and promotions.

• Align marketing strategies with customer needs and business objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to effectively execute marketing campaigns.

• Provide support for broader marketing initiatives and improvements as required.

• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.

• Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads either directly or through agencies.

• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics is an advantage.

• Experience with email marketing tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
