A fast-growing, multi-outlet F&B brand is seeking a hands-on People & Staffing Operations Lead to manage frontline workforce operations and ensure smooth outlet staffing and HR execution in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower needs and staffing across outlets

• Own end-to-end hiring for frontline roles (crew to managers)

• Manage onboarding, contracts, probation tracking, renewals, and exits

• Support EP/S Pass/WP documentation and HR administration

• Execute disciplinary and performance support processes

• Maintain accurate staff records, trackers, SOPs, and improve workflows

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Operations or related

• 2–4 years experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality operations/HR

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment basics

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
