Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR support contact for employees and managers
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Provide practical HR advisory support and guidance on workplace policies and practices
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to address workforce matters effectively
• Support employee lifecycle processes including performance management, employee engagement, organizational changes, and staff relations matters
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and implementation of new HR initiatives
• Facilitate training and development programs to support team growth and leadership capability
• Review and streamline HR workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Handle HR administration, reporting, and audit-related tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines
• Prior HR experience in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within teams
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and stakeholders
