Job Responsibilities:
• Support full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, exits, and employee documentation
• Coordinate matters relating to workforce administration, housing arrangements, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise closely with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes
• Manage compensation & benefits administration, employee insurance matters, and payroll support
• Maintain HR documentation such as SOPs, organisation charts, and internal records
• Provide administrative and operational support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Training and guidance will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn and grow in HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Office Hours | 5-Day Work Week
