Company Overview
ibis Styles Singapore on MacPherson is a 298-room stylish hotel located at the junction of Aljunied and MacPherson Road. It is Singapore’s first ibis Styles hotel, managed by Accor Hotels, within a freehold mixed development comprising a mall and the hotel.
Job Summary
Support the People & Culture team by managing HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and diverse workplace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential records on productivity, sick leave, and turnover to identify disengagement trends
- Coordinate and follow up on HR action plans to support talent management and organizational goals
- Compile and handle sensitive information such as salary data, benefits, HR reports, and disciplinary issues with confidentiality
- Engage and support a diverse workforce by promoting multicultural awareness and inclusive practices
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to facilitate HR processes and resolve queries
- Collaborate within a team environment to contribute to HR initiatives and support organizational culture
- Organize and prioritize multiple administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to change by adapting to evolving HR needs and processes
- Work independently with initiative to complete assigned tasks and support the People & Culture team
- Participate actively and energetically in HR activities to enhance employee experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management
- Experience in Human Resource roles
- Hotel operational experience
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment law requirements
