Job Scope:
We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (v8.x) to support enterprise-scale BPM applications. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end development exposure, excellent debugging capability, and experience working in workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable applications using Pega PRPC platform (v8.x).
2. Work on end-to-end case lifecycle implementation including case types, flows, UI, and integrations.
3. Configure and implement: Data Transforms; Activities; Decision Rules (Decision Tables, When rules); Declarative Rules; Data Pages; and Report Definitions.
4. Develop and enhance case management workflows and SLAs.
5. Build UI components using Sections, Harness, Flow Actions.
6. Work on REST integrations (Connectors & Services).
7. Handle production support issues, debugging using: Clipboard; Tracer; Live UI; and Logs / PLA.
8. Prepare deployment artifacts (product rules) and support release activities.
9. Collaborate with BA, QA, and Architects to ensure high-quality delivery.

Job Qualifications:

1. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. 4–6 years IT experience with minimum 3–4 years in Pega PRPC.
3. Proven hands-on experience in: Case Management; Rule development; and UI design in Pega.
4. Experience with: Pega APIs (DX API exposure is a plus) and REST integrations.
5. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
6. Experience working in Agile delivery model.
7. Exposure to banking or financial domain preferably.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication with stakeholders.
10. Ability to work in distributed teams.
11. Ownership mindset and delivery focus.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in Pega migrations / upgrades.
2. Exposure to large-scale enterprise applications.
3. Knowledge of performance tuning and guardrails compliance.
4. Experience with production support environments.
5. Candidates should have worked on scenarios like: task / workflow management systems; case routing and validation workflows.
