Job Description
- Manage and process payroll for regional offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. (Construction Industry, high headcount)
- Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on regional statutory and tax regulations affecting payroll
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Diploma/NITEC in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience; payroll experience is necessary
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
