Patient Services Executive

Edge Healthcare Physiotherapy & Osteopathy
Orchard | CBD | Tanglin

Edge Healthcare is an established, multi-disciplinary healthcare group operating three premium clinic locations in Singapore.

We integrate Physiotherapy and Osteopathy within structured, evidence-based systems, delivering high-level care to infants, families, professionals and elite athletes.

We are seeking a dependable and capable Patient Services Executive to play a central role in protecting the patient experience and operational standards that define our organisation.

This is not simply a reception position.

The Role

As Patient Services Executive, you will be both the first point of contact and the operational anchor of the clinic.

You are responsible for ensuring that every patient interaction reflects professionalism, warmth and attention to detail, while maintaining the systems and standards that allow the clinic to run smoothly.

Patient Experience

Independently manage front-of-house operations, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, respected and well cared for.

Communication & Coordination

Handle calls, emails and business messaging confidently while coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and disciplines.

Systems & Administrative Accuracy

Maintain precise appointment scheduling, documentation and patient records within clinic systems.

Financial Responsibility

Process payments accurately, including high-value transactions and insurance-related matters, ensuring accountability and reconciliation.

Clinic Operations

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, stock management, procurement coordination and overall clinic readiness.

Environment & Standards

Maintain a clean, organised and professional clinical environment aligned with healthcare and safety standards.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are mature, calm under pressure and comfortable taking ownership.

You should demonstrate:

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality or service environments
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• Confidence using computer systems and digital platforms
• Professional presentation and conduct
