Salary and Benefits:

• Basic: $2,000 – $2,500 (based on experience)

Working Shift:

• 5.5 days work week (42 hours)

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm/Saturday: 8:00am– 12:30pm

Working Location:

• Kent Ridge (Nearest MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient registration for appointments and walk-ins

• Schedule appointments and manage bookings

• Provide frontline customer service and attend to enquiries

• Assist with billing, cashiering, and payment collection

• Support administrative duties and documentation

• Guide patients for procedures and coordinate with medical staff

• Ensure accuracy in patient records and system entries

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma

• 1–3 years of customer service / healthcare experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Service-oriented with positive attitude

• Open to working 5.5 days (including Saturday)
