• Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Mon-Fri); 8:30am - 1:00pm (Sat)
  

A well-established and leading community Healthcare organization is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Registering of patients, verifying personal and appointment details, and managing patient flow efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using the clinic systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide prompt, accurate and updated information for all queries via incoming calls/emails
• Responding to customer complaints in an appropriate and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. N/O ‘Levels required
• Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience in a call-centre
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous
