🌟 Patient Service Associate (5.5 Days / Up to $3.6K) 🌟

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy supporting patients and working in a friendly healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception duties — patient registration, appointment booking, and billing
• Handle Medisave and Shield insurance claims
• Assist with medication purchase, stock management, and stock taking
• Support doctors during consultations, wound dressing, and infusions
• Dispense medicines and maintain treatment area cleanliness
• Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control practices
• File lab reports and maintain patient records
• Perform other clinic-related administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Singaporean applicants only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
• Able to perform Medisave and Shield insurance claims
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week
