Responsibilities 

• Preparation of pastries, etc 
• Prepare fillings, sauces and mise en place 
• Ensure quality control and follow FIFO, storage, and labelling 
• Maintain hygiene and food safety, support operations and product development 

Requirements 

• Experience in central kitchen or high-volume production preferred 
• Familiar with hot or cold kitchen operations 
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks 
• Good teamwork, communication and time management skills
