Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Partnerships & Client Relations Executive to support our growing advisory business. This role will manage and develop relationships with financial institutions, strategic partners, and clients, while supporting operational execution such as loanapplications and other partnership initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, maintaining long-term relationships, and supporting business growth through partnerships, networking, and recurring client engagement. Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners
- Identify and support new partnership opportunities beyond loan-related work (e.g. accountants, agents, business partners)
- Communicate regularly with partners to strengthen collaboration and referral flow
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and partnership discussions
Client Relationship & Engagement
- Contact and follow up with clients to build rapport and long-term relationships
- Provide updates and support to clients across various engagements (loans and other advisory services)
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and recurring business
- Support referral generation through consistent client engagement and follow-up
Loan & Operational Support (Current Core Function)
- Prepare, submit, and track loan applications with banks and financial institutions
- Liaise with partners on documentation, approvals, and timelines
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents required for submissions
- Maintain proper records and internal tracking of applications and outcomes
Internal Coordination & Business Support
- Coordinate with management on deal progress and partnership matters
- Update CRM or internal tracking systems
- Assist in basic financial reviews where required (e.g. P&L, bank statements, cash flow overview)
- Support ad-hoc business development or partnership initiatives as the company grows
Requirements & Qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
- Experience in client servicing, partnerships, banking, finance, or professional services is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging clients, partners
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Willingness to attend networking events and build professional relationships
- Open to fresh candidates, on-the-job training provided
