Our client is a well-established technology company with a strong presence in the digital advertising space. They are seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive business growth within the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with a focus on expanding client and partner networks across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of revenue targets and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market position in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including prospecting new clients and strategic partners across target markets
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners through regular engagement and proactive expectation management
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to continuously refine and inform business development strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to prospective clients and partners
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including contracts and pricing terms, with clients and partners
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership on business development activities and revenue pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the programmatic advertising or broader digital media industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and cultivating strong client and partner relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage data to support sound business decisions
• Experience managing or mentoring a team (is a bonus)
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs
