Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the development and enhancement of the partner sales ecosystem, including partner onboarding, capability building, partner engagement, and channel business growth.
• Develop and execute country-level partner strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to strengthen partnership collaboration and maintain healthy channel operations.
• Manage strategic partners’ performance, business growth, and profitability while continuously identifying and onboarding new partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Plan and drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including Joint Marketing Fund (JMF) and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs, together with partners to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Drive partner business operations and project management activities, including strategic planning, business tracking, and digitalization initiatives for key partner accounts.
• Monitor and manage channel sales risks, including partner inventory health, marketing fund utilization, compliance, and operational governance.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure effective partner support and business execution.
• Conduct market and partner insights analysis to identify growth opportunities, improve partner engagement, and strengthen channel competitiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner ecosystem management, or business development within the ICT or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of partner/channel business operations, partner lifecycle management, and ecosystem development.
• Experience in partner policy management, joint marketing programs, and partner incentive operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and business negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in digital transformation, ICT solutions, or enterprise business will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
