Job Purpose

To manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, packing, inventory control, and stocktaking, in compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically receive and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents
• Perform quantity and quality checks and complete inspection records
• Manage spare parts storage, labelling, and location control
• Update inventory movements and storage locations in the ERP system
• Coordinate picking and packing of outbound orders with correct quantities and protective packaging
• Report damages, discrepancies, or non‑conformities promptly
• Participate in stocktaking and support audit requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Arrangement

• Contract (non‑permanent)
• Salary: S$2,000 – S$3,000 per month, based on experience
