🎒 Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide primary school students (P1–P6) in homework, spelling, and revision for at least 3 subjects (English/Math/Science).
• Provide a positive, nurturing, safe, and secure learning environment.
• Maintain discipline, orderliness, and uphold students’ safety and welfare at all times.
• Conduct in-house enrichment classes and deliver lesson plans effectively.
• Mark written work and assigned enrichment materials.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ development.
• Support dismissal procedures and assist in general centre duties.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address individual developmental needs.
• Prepare teaching resources and maintain a conducive classroom environment.
• Be an inspiring role model with creativity, positivity, and a champion mindset.
• Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to the centre.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director.
