Job Summary

Julian Grey is seeking a business development professional with strong recruitment capabilities to expand market presence, engage clients, and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions that drive measurable hiring success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and anticipate their hiring needs
• Collaborate with clients to intake job requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions aligned with their talent acquisition goals
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a robust and active candidate pipeline to meet recruitment targets
• Drive end-to-end recruitment fulfillment by managing candidate selection processes and supporting client decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Possession of a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is mandatory
