Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 1-on-1 training sessions at client homes, condo gyms, and outdoor locations across Singapore to maximize client convenience and results
• Design customized fitness programs targeting weight loss, strength, and mobility aligned with individual client goals
• Track and document client progress using photos and measurements on the StringsSG app to ensure safety and enhance client engagement
• Capture simple content such as progress photos, tips, or short videos to showcase client success and support brand growth
• Conduct trial sessions confidently.

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Personal Trainer certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, NCSF) to ensure professional training standards
• Maintain CPR/AED certification or demonstrate willingness to obtain it for client safety
• Exhibit strong program design skills to create effective fitness plans
• Demonstrate mobility and willingness to commute to various client locations throughout Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working as a freelance or gym-based personal trainer to enhance client service delivery
• Proven ability to generate repeat clients and referrals to support business growth
• Note: Preference for female trainers to align with client comfort during 1-on-1 sessions in private spaces
