We are a fast-growing robotics and STEM education center dedicated to nurturing future innovators through robotics, coding, AI, and technology education. Our programs combine hands-on learning, creativity, and international robotics competition exposure to inspire students of all ages.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome parents and students, and introduce the robotics curriculum and learning pathways
• Handle course enquiries, registration follow-ups, and daily parent communication
• Assist in classroom coordination and student attendance to ensure smooth lesson operations
• Organize and maintain teaching materials, operational documents, and student records
• Support daily center operations and assist the teaching team when required
• Maintain positive parent-school relationships and enhance overall parent satisfaction
• Coordinate administrative and operational matters to support the smooth running of the center

Requirements

• Prior experience in education centers, enrichment centers, or training institutions is highly preferred
• Patient, caring, and enjoy interacting with children and students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication with parents and students
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Responsible and able to independently manage on-site operational matters
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or exposure in robotics, STEM, coding, or technology education
• Experience in student management, front desk operations, or customer service
• Familiarity with enrichment center operations is an advantage

Working Schedule
